More than 200 employees mainly based at the Teagle base near Truro, Cornwall manufacture a market leading range of Tomahawk grass and forage choppers for livestock and bedding
Tomahawk numbers reached 20,000 units in 2019, a year after family-owned Teagle celebrated its 75th anniversary
Sales rose 30% to a new high in 2019, with the UK accounting for just over 50% as exports to Europe (35%) and beyond (12%) increased
The facility produces rotary blowers, windrowers and basic fertilizer spreaders, complemented by a selection of imported machines, as well as a manure spreader built in its own 1,250 square meter hall which was completed in 2014
